!!!Vendor tables are still available!!!!


Important notes for vendors:

1)  We still have tables available.  They are currently $125 per table, if paid before 8-1-19.  After 8-1-19, they will be $150 per table.  Please note that while we will always try to accommodate placement requests, at this late date our ability to do so is very limited.

2)  If you haven't yet paid for your tables, and we don't receive your payment by 7-15-19, we reserve the right to re-assign your tables to other vendors.

3)  We have had a few cancellations in the last couple of weeks, which was not unexpected.  Due to cancellations, and other space considerations, we may be shifting some vendor locations within the room.  As always, we will try to accommodate specific location requests, but with over 100 vendors and over 450 tables, we just can't meet everyone's specific requests.

4)  We are working with the convention center staff to determine the best schedule for moving vendors into the vendor room.  Please stay tuned for more information on when and how we will do that, but it's safe to assume that Tuesday afternoon, evening and Wednesday morning will likely be very busy!
